All domestic orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS5. tracking number. For additional questions about shipping or to request overnight shipping, please DM us on Instagram at @ciedenim. We will get back to you between Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm EST. Express shipments are typically done through UPS. Additional charges will apply to overnight and express shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS for international shipping and will be processed and ship within 48 business hours. We ship via UPS and USPS for international orders. Once your order ships, it generally takes 5-10 business days to be delivered. Please note, we have no control over UPS shipment, USPS shipment or customs delays. Such delays can prolong delivery times up to 20 business days and you should contact the shipping provider for further information. CIE Denim is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or packages lost due to incorrect address information. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders typically ship within 24 hours, but can take up to 2 days to ship. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail, or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
TRACKING MY ORDER
As soon as your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order. If you want to change the address or have a question about the whereabouts, please first contact the shipping carrier directly as we do not control packages once they leave our shipping center. Please have your tracking number ready.
CIE DENIM offers free returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 5 days of the delivery date.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE – no returns or exchanges are accepted.
CIE DENIM accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged full price merchandise with all original tags attached for a full refund within 5 days of delivery. CIE DENIM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements
For all DOMESTIC purchases shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We only offer exchanges on the same item in a different size/color. To reserve a style/size/color of a new item, a new order must be placed. A refund for the original item will be processed once the original item has been returned. Please send an e-mail to RETURNS@CIEDENIM.COM with your order number to process a return.
All domestic orders please email us to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION and we will send you the pre-paid label.
To ship an item back to CIE DENIM please:
- Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
- For returns: please indicate the reason for return on your invoice.
- For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail to RETURNS@CIEDENIM.COM with your order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
- Pack your item(s) and invoice using the original packaging materials, ensuring the product(s) arrive free from damage and affix the prepaid mailing label that will be emailed upon receipt of return authorization.
- Mail your package back to CIE DENIM by dropping your package at a USPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end).
- Shipments must be scanned and shipped by the carrier within 5 business days of DELIVERY to be eligible for return/exchange. All returns that do not meet the 5 business day requirement will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.
For international buyers a return shipping label is included with full price orders – there is no return label supplied for sale purchases.
CIE DENIM is does not issue refunds for INTERNATIONAL shipping fees.
Please email us at RETURNS@ciedenim.com within 5 business days of DELIVERY to be eligible for a return.
We use UPS for all international returns. If you chose to return using a different carrier CIE DENIM is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. IF you chose to not use the included return label you must pay for insurance and tracking. CIE DENIM is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit on returned international orders that are not shipped using the prepaid label.

Should you decide not to use the pre-paid label provided to you with your order, CIE DENIM is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. You must pay for insurance and tracking, should you decide to use a shipping method other than the label provided. CIE DENIM is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit on returned items that are not sent with the USPS label provided in your order.
Once your return is prepared, you can drop it at your local post office or leave it with your mailman/doorman. All domestic returns are shipped back via USPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at office.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
All items marked “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Please note that as a service to holiday shoppers, we will be extending returns on eligible items purchased between November 21, 2022 and December 25, 2022. Buyers and gift recipients will have until January 15, 2023 to return items purchased between these dates. Items received post-marked after this date will only be considered for store credit. Follow guidelines listed above to complete a return or exchange within the US. For international returns or exchanges the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF RETURN SHIPPING AND MUST BE POST MARKED BY JANUARY 15, 2023.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to us. Please note, returns take 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or your CIE DENIM account and will exclude original shipping costs in the case of expedited shipments (with the exception of faulty items).
Outside the USA, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through CIE DENIM. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
